When do you take down your outside lights?

We take them down all different times depending on the weather.

The weather is the biggest factor for us, but my husband doesn't like to wait much after the New Year.

We take the lights down between December 31 and January 2. The tree comes down as soon as we get back from my parents after Christmas. It looks so lonely without presents~!

My husband and I will go out for lunch on New Years Day then come home to take down the decorations outside. That's a sad time for me.

The outside lights usually come down New Years Day the weekend after but if the weather is bad then they will stay up and on a few days longer.
