I made this Saturday morning & got a double thumbs up! The only thing I added to it was some brown sugar. After I had all the bread in the 9 x 13 pan, I sprinkled some brown sugar over it & then poured the egg mixture over the top. I think I'll add a little more brown sugar next weekend when I make it again for our family vacation!! I do think it would be good with fruit...if you like fruit in your french toast (which I can do without) I liked it just the way it was! Thanks again for the recipe!!!
