A Little Gem

I found a little gem of a movie today. It's called Christmas Story. Has anyone heard of it? I found it at Wal-Mart today for $7.50. It's a foreign made movie (Finland I think) with English overdubs. I was concerned that that would take away from the movie but it didn't. It's a fictional story about how Santa Claus came to be. If you do a search on Joulutarina (Christmas Story) you can find all kinds of information on it and view a trailer. Definitely worth the $7.50. I's a feel good movie. I enjoyed the music. The ending was a little out of place but still a good movie.

[quote=frostrabbit;196792]The must-watch movie for me is The Muppet Christmas Carol. I've watched it every christmas since it came out on video, never fails to make me laugh and put me in a festive mood "There goes Mr Humbug, there goes Mr Grim..." Classic!

It's our family's favorite! Can't wait to see it this year.

I just bought this movie but haven't watched it yet. My christmas movie/show collection has been growing and growing. I'm always on the look out for some gems. I've read good things about We're No Angels with Humphrey Bogart, I also read that The Lemon Drop Kid with Bob Hope is another good one. Anyone see this one? I believe Turner Classic is selling this one.
