Agreed. It seems in this day and age everyone is allowed to go after everyone.
Being PC, enviromentally concious and conforming somewhat to the times are one thing--but it has a way of spinning out of control.
I'm in my early 30's and what I've noticed from being a kid till about now is it seems more and more people who respect tradition i.e. things like Christmas are almost fair game. Somehow inside of 20 years we became the butt of jokes, looked at as being "ridiculous" for our faith and celebration and what's more it just seems like we have become "bad guys".
I don't push my views or tradition on anyone else, it you aren't into it? Fine--If you are? You are more than welcome to join the celebration.
I just want to know how you can possibly have that much
time on your hands to attack a Christmas tree in NYC.
Like I said--I don't push my views or traditions on anyone, we plant new trees after we cut one down--why is it fashionable to attack Christmas or its traditions? There are places around the world where if you attempted such a thing you could be stoned!--I'm not trying to rock the boat but I think it may be time for the people on our
side of the fence to say "hey--go take a hike."
There are a MILLION other things happening in the world that can be addressed and you chose this. It's actually funny.
