Can anyone recommend some Christmas Books to me? I've got dozens and have sort of run out of new ones to read! What are your favorites???

I love Skipping Christmas by John Grisham. Also, I know these are kid books, but the Santa Paws books are cute. Right now I'm reading The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus by L Frank Baum.

I've read "Skipping Christmas" and "The Autobiography of Santa Claus". The Frank Baum one sounds interesting though!!!

I've recommended this one several times in the past year: The Christmas Angel by Abbie Farwell Brown, published in 1910. Here's the synopsis:

Disagreeable old Miss Terry spends her Christmas Eve getting rid of toys from her childhood toy box. One by one she tosses them onto the sidewalk in front of her house, then secretly watches the little scenes that occur, which seem to confirm her belief that true Christmas spirit does not exist. Then the Angel from her childhood Christmas tree appears to show Miss Terry that she has not yet witnessed the final act of each of those little dramas …

You can read it online at Project Gutenberg:
The Christmas Angel
or listen to an unabridged audiobook at Archive.org:
The Christmas Angel

If you read it, let me know what you think.

I have read "Letters To Santa Claus" but when I got it I believe it was called "The Father Christmas Letters" and it is wonderful.

My very, very favorite book of Christmas is "A Christmas Carol" by Dickens. He really captured the feeling of Victorian England and the atmosphere of Christmas in those days........just wonderful and actually my very favorite !
