Well my Christmas Dinner is also like a Thanksgiving part II. I make both Turkey and a ham. Then there's stuffing, mac and cheese, green beans, candied yams, potato salad, cranberry sauce and all. For Dessert, its usually sweet potato pie, and pound cake.

I also host an Open House on Christmas Eve. Its all buffet style. It's usually a wing tray in hot, bbq and terriyaki flavors. A deli tray of lunch meat and cheeses, Fried Chicken, Pork roasts, spanish rice, shrimp cocktail platters, meatballs, rolls. Then there are cookie trays, a pound cake and a couple of pies. Christmas Eve is my favorite of the holiday season. I have a home full of family and friends and I just LOVE it.

You shouldn't have posted that unless you want everyone here from MMC over at your house for dinner. Sounds delish!

Yes, TamaraQT it all looks yummy. Any special time or can we drop in anytime? LOL

Christmas dinner always is Ham. Turkey is Thanksgiving but there have been times I did a turkey breast also with the Ham. Of course mash potatoes, baked yams, green bean casserole, homemade applesauce, pumpkin roll, pumpkin pies, cherry pie and fruit salad. Mixed with lots of family love.

We have ham or turkey (sometimes both), mashed potatoes & gravy, baked beans, sweet potato casserole, green bean casserole, 7-Layer salad and then usually a couple other side items like deviled eggs or ham roll-ups depending on what my sister in-laws bring. Then dessert is usually pecan pie, cheesecake (if I decide to make one) maybe a pumpkin pie, monkey bread, and a couple different trays of cookies & candy. It all sounds sooo good right now!

roast turkey, roast potatoes, mashed potatoes, yorkshire puddings, a mixture of veg (traditionally - honey roast parsnips, brussel sprouts and carrot and turnip, but if i were cooking i would add broccoli cheese and green beans) gravy, cranberry sauce and bread sauce.

dessert is traditionally christmas pudding and custard or cream, however, i don't like it, so it's always something chocolately for me (choc fudge cake etc..)
