Kinklings, anyone?

An old Shrove Tuesday tradition where I come from in the heart of Maryland is making and/or eating kinklings (a variation on fastnachts). Now I'm in Massachusetts and I miss the sweet, fluffy little guys. I came across a recipe online that I can share---two recipes, actually:

Frederick County Kinklings

(If the link expires, you can PM me for the recipes---I kept a copy.)
