Sorry, working on it. Last month it was an expired credit card. This month they have few answers for me. I think it is a right-hand-not-knowing-what-the-left-hand-is-doing thing that is exacerbated by my own juggling of the billing process. Frankly, I'm exasperated and looking for an alternative to Live 365. As soon as I can get it back, I will. I appreciate your patience.
