23 16x16 Italian Casserole

1 onion chopped
1lb hamburg or ground turkey
1 TBSP dried parsley
1 #2 can of tomatoes (crushed, whole, your choice) = to 2.5 cups
1 can of tomato sauce
1 8oz pkg of fine egg noodles
1/2lb sharp cheddar cheese sliced or shredded
1 tsp salt-(in the water with the egg noodles)
3/4 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp garlic salt
1tsp Worcestershire sauce


Brown onion and meat
add parsley, tomatoes, tomato sauce, & seasonings
cook noodles in boiling salted water.
In greased casserole dish, alternate layers of noodles, cheese, sauce. Top with the cheese.

Bake 350*F in oven until cheese melts.
