Dear Abby, I too was picked on when I was a child and I too turned to our dog Queenie. She always gave me love and she always listened. Bless you.
I everything about the season. Most of all, I love spending time with my family and friends. Get to see a lot of my family and friends that I wouldn't normally get to spend time with. I couldn't ask for a better time of the year.

I think what probably makes Christmas for me is the holiday movies. I am a huge fan of 25 Days of Christmas on ABC Family and Fa La La La Lifetime. We have certain movies that we watch as a family every year and traditions that go along with them. For example we like making snowflakes and watching Elf or having a Polar Express Pajama Party--everyone gets a new pair of pajamas and I make homemade hot cocoa on the stove and there are several more. It just wouldn't feel like Christmas without these family traditions.

first and foremost is family during the holiday season. Next it is just the atmosphere in general. People change as it gets closer and closer to Christmas. People get happier and a little less stress to worry about for at least a few days. Then the music and lights help out more then people can imagine.

The best thing about Christmas...well there's just so much that I love. Sitting in the bus after work looking at all of the beautifully lit up houses starts me off. Shopping for my family's gifts and decoraring our tree are the ultimate things for me as the sason comes around. I work for a bank, which always closes their doors at 3:00pm on Christmas eve, that's when the real excitement begins! Last minute baking and preparations can be done and the rest of the night can be shared with my family drinking eggnog and talking about past Christmases while carols play softly in the back ground. I can't wait!!
