I feel the need to clarify my previous comments. We all have trouble sleeping sometimes. I have actually used it to do some good things. Most of my songs were written after the family was in bed and I couldn't sleep. My suggestion about getting help for insomnia is only to those who are chronic as I am, and who have to maintain daytime hours for their livelyhood. I am so chronic that I will go 3 days or even longer sometimes without being able to sleep, and that has literally ruined me in the past. I have lost several jobs because of not being able to function. Getting medical attention saved my life and has been the starting point of my life turning around in a more positive direction.
I hope nobody else reading this suffers chronic insomnia like this, but if you do, please know you can be helped.
