In winter time, I enjoy baking small pies or cakes, mostly with ginger and other winter spices, for my friends as a present. They like it, and I avoid panicking when it comes to little presents for my friends because I know that delicious pie/cake will make them happy, and it goes nicely with hot drink during long and cold winter evenings. :] As for eating, my little cousin bakes the most delicious gingerbread cookies in the world!!! They are SO good that it takes a lot of my willpower not to eat them all by myself. ^^

Fall makes me want ginger cookies and hot cocoa ... baked goods flavored with cinnamon, and Cinnamon Stick tea ... in the winter, it's more hot cocoa and the goodies I only indulge in during the Christmas season.

Home made Applesauce cakes, pumpkin muffins and breads are must haves in the fall. I alreafy have 2 small turkey breasts in the freezer ... Cant wait until it gets chilly enough to cook one - a perfect Sunday family dinner!
Fall is perfect for beef stews, chilis, and pans of lasagna too
