Can I just tell you... I'm one of the only fools who does this darn survey EVERY YEAR! LOL

Shoot, yeah! Whether or not the poll is effective is irrelevant! The excitement is the sign that Christmas is near!

To tell you the truth I think the poll is always there. We need to get a posse together to check in January. If the survey is always there, each Rudolph Day several of us need to vote "Right Now" & take the survey!

Can you imagine B-101's reaction if we got enough folks together on this to be noticed?

Good thinking!

I used to call them as a kid starting in September, asking them to start playing the tunes... hehehe. Bet they loved me!

Sounds like a plan then! We'll check the link mid way of each month and get ready to invade every Rudolph Day if it is still active!

That reminds me, the following number is still good all during the year too! A call to it every RD by several of us might get noticed. (Yes, I still call!)

My Ninety-Five-Seven has a Bah Humbug! Phone line for folks to call in with their positive or negative comments on their all Christmas programming! They reserve the right to air your comments over the air. That’s where YOU come in!

I thought it would be fun for the Merry Network to “invade” the Bah Humbug! comment line! Let’s see how many of us we can get to record a message for Milwaukee! We could say something like “I’m (screen name) from MyMerryChristmas.com and I’m listening online from (your location) to My Ninety-Five-Seven, Milwaukee’s Christmas Music Station !” Variations plus Christmas greetings would be good!

Who is with me? – Call 414.944.5289 and record a brief message. Let’s see how many of us get on the air in Milwaukee!

Here’s what I said –" Howdy! I’m RadioJonD from MyMerryChristmas.com. And I’m listening to MY Ninenty-five-seven online from Alabama! If you don’t like Milwaukee’s Christmas Music Station, Go Bah Humbug your ownself! Cool Yule Y’all!"

I voted on the whole 100 song play list last year. I kept a lot of the ones in that I knew were going to be there but just added a little more Bing and traditional music. It didn't seem to make any difference.

I have written my local station before (PBR out of Killeen - knct) and asked them to start a little earlier. They used to start earlier but had started one week before Christmas the previous year. I don't know if my letter had any affect or not, but they went back to starting earlier.

I just voted on the top 100 songs for the B101 play list. I rejected about 5 songs that I can't stand that are perenial favorites of the radio Christmas lists. Anybody want to bet they'll still be on the list?

I don't know if this station has been reported already.

Sunny95 (94.7 in Columbus) has their online Christmas music playing.

B-101 Update - Philadelphia, Pennsylvania USA

Update B-101

If you have an HD radio, B-101 has gone all Christmas on 101.1, HD-2.

There is no online listen link. Here's why.

B-101 bought Custom Channels' Christmas package. How then could the song survey have any effect?
