WMGC 105.1 - Detroit, Michigan USA

WMGC 105.1 has dropped the "magic" and switched to all Christmas. The station even registered Christmas 1051.com and is branding as Christmas 105.1. WMGC's FaceBook page is also all about Christmas.

Look for a format change (possibly sports) after the season.

All Christmas (after Halloween?) with an online listen link. At post time Elton John's "Crocodile Rock" is playing.

WLTQ 92.1 - Sarasota, Florida USA

Likewise WLTQ 92.1 in Sarasota, Florida has registered Santa921.com. The webpage isn't clear about if all Christmas music is playing or when it will begin. The online listen link isn't working.

First Wave!

Start checking those radios shortly after midnight or in the morning when you wake up. The first major wave of Christmas flips will begin arriving! There are already five listed at 100,000 Watts.

As a personal request start checking at least twice a week for your local college and public radio's webpage to include a Christmas schedule. When you find one post it here and include an online listen link if the station has one. I am especially interested in locally produced programs. Look at an example schedule from my local station from last year here.

WLQT 94.5 Dayton's Christmas Music Station has an online Christmas music link. I'm away at college so not sure if they have switched over on-air or not. It's a little early for them if they have.
http://www.945litefm.com/main.html

E.T.A. They are playing Christmas on-air. They have a listen live link on their page too, and it's all Christmas.

According to 1000,000 Watts, they are over the air as well.
