Well I am getting the real Christmas spirit around November because weather is much colder then and everywhere are Christmas ornaments and Christmas stuff. Also that is the time when I begin to listen Christmas music.
But every year when Summer ends, I am looking forward for Christmas time to come...

I start getting it in November. Right now I'm fully in the spirit and can't wait to start decorating.

I agree with Marthak, I have spells when I am in the holiday spirit all through the year. It really kicks in full time in September. All of my friends and family think that I am crazy.

The Christmas spirit kicks in full gear right about now. As I pull out the Halloween decor, I see all of the Christmas stuff, and want to start decorating now.
It brings a smile to my face knowing that Nov 1st, WLIT here in Chicago, becomes the Christmas Lite, and starts playing Holiday music until the day after Christmas. Atleast thats what they did last year.

i have been in a christmassy mood since august but it has really kicked in today. i left my house at 8am this morning and there was dusting of ice on the floor and you could see your breath when you spoke, i haven't been able to stop singing christmas songs! when i go into town the decorations were up and ready to be switched on in the first week november!

Of course I'm in the Christmas spirit all year round but things really do kick up for me in October. That's when I really start playing the Christmas music all day at the office (softly and when no one else is around or I'll be laughed out of the place) and I really start making concrete plans for the holidays.

Cause of the family being here for turkey day! They complained last year, saying it was like christmas dinner and not thanksgiving..lol

I get it around June-July, a little bit during August-September, and then it really kicks in at the end of September/start of October.
