My Dog Sam
Dear Abby, I too was picked on when I was a child and I too turned to our dog Queenie. She always gave me love and she always listened. Bless you.
So many of you have posted that you have a tradition of getting new Christmas pajamas for Christmas Eve. This is something I've thought about doing this year, but was wondering where you purchase them. Checked out pajamagram and it sure seems expensive.

We did this when I was a kid and we still do this in my house -- seven kids, ages 10-26. I've delegated the task to my eldest daughter, who is better at sizing and able to meet the persnickety teenage tastes of my other girls, and she generally spends about $10-$15 per person and usually finds what she is looking for at Penneys and Target.
Aerie for girls. I rock the Christmas pajamas! I have Christmas patchwork pants, red and green polka dot pants, snowman pants, snowflake pants, and Christmas reindeer pants. They all come with a plain matching top. JcPenney, Boscov's, and Macy's all have Christmas themed pajamas too. I think some Walmarts may as well!

We also have the tradition of Christmas pajamas. My daughters would be very upset if they did not get Christmas pajamas. They still get excited about them, even though they are older. I usually purchase mine at Ardene's or Old Navy. Walmart when they were younger. Great tradition.
