Ok so if you like Mounds Candy Bars (ie: Almond Joy minus the almond) you will love this recipe I got from my mother. I make these almost every year as well as my Peanut Butter Bon-Bons (I have also listed that recipe on here)
1/4 c. Corn Syrup
6 Large Marshmellows
1 c. Coconut
1/2 tsp. Vanilla
1 pkg. Chocolate Chips
1 Hershey Candy Bar
Melt syrup, marshmellows over medium heat. Remove add coconut and vanilla. Let cool..shape into balls.
Then melt on low heat 1 package (16oz) of Chocolate chips, 1 Hershey candy bar (without nuts), dip balls into chocolate and set onto waxed paper.
IE: You can also use chocolate almond bark to melt and dip, which is much easier and faster.
