I would be the real estate agent, selling all of the newcomers their perfect Christmas house. And my pup, Harlowe would be my sidekick, kind of a welcoming committee of sorts!

This is a great thread!!

It's on movies 24 every year through November & December but I still haven't had the chance to watch it all the way through.

I would own the "Christmas Cookie Coffee Corner" I'd sell lattes & cappuccinos and serve them with egg nog syrup, peppermint syrup, toffee nut syrup, chocolate orange syrup etc... I'd stock a range of Christmas cakes, gingerbread men etc.. and turkey & cheese toasties, turkey, cranberry & stuffing sandwiches and such.

I of course would run the local bakery and cake shop!
All those Christmas themed cakes.
Fruit cake that tastes heavenly and people would actually enjoy eating!

It's on every year, as part of the ABC's 25 Days of Christmas. It's a good movie - you'll have to check it out this coming year!

I've not seen this movie either but the quote above is perfect to me, I love that!

I'm not sure if that kid was ever in the movie, but every snow globe village (or train layout) I've ever seen has him... and his little dog, too!

I have never seen this. Can't wait to check it out this year. This reminds me of when my mom sets up her huge Christmas village and I always pick a house in the village as well as my job.

I always pick the bookstore but someone else already picked this, so my next choice is being head librarian. Our library will have a lot of books but one whole floor will be set aside for Christmas books, movies, and cds. There will always be instrumental Christmas music playing on that floor as well as big comfy chairs to sit and read away the afternoon.
