Weather in Missouri

The weather is up and down here. I am looking forward to the first frost that way all with allergies will get relief. Had the heat on for two mornings although hubby was grumpy about that. Ha! Only had it on long enough to get the chill out of my bones and the house.

Was reading a national newspaper yesterday saying that november and December could well be bitterly colder than normal here in the uk this time, lets wait and see.

It's been unseasonably warm here also, and beacoup soleil (sun!) for the past few weeks.....enough already! Today (Thanksgiving Day) it's rainy, yet still on the mild side.
I sure wish the cool to cold weather would show up, I'm tired of wearing shorts and sandals! Bring on the sweater weather!

Well the mornings and evenings are certainly getting nippy, heating is now on in mornings (just to quickly warm house up).

During the day is wet this week but temps around 13-17c so still a touch on the mild side. However Scotland and Northen England will be colder - around 11c. So temperatures are now coming down quite a bit.

I came across this strange article few days ago:

http://www.express.co.uk/news/uk/436...ter-in-decades

It really made me smile although I don't expect too much. Especially in the west of Scotland. ^^

it's been nice and chilly in the north of the UK over the last couple of weeks. love autumn time, my favourite season. all the leaves are on the ground, it's so cool and crisp and you can smell bonfires in the air...

Well i found last 2 day/nights have got a bit colder. Did anyone get affected by the 'storms'?

Not much in way of a storm here, but fair bit of rain.

Amazing storm over the weekend, 80mph winds, my street is a fresh bed of leaves, very pretty.

I hope no one here was badly effected by the storms. No problems over here, but my heart goes out to the families of those killed and indeed all those with property damage.
