Think St Patrick's Day for Wales.

Just as St Patrick in the patron saint of Ireland, St David is the patron saint of Wales, St George the patron saint of England and St Andrew the patron saint of Scotland

St Patrick just gets more publicity!!

My mother always cooks Easter dinner. I know we are having ham and dressing. Other than that, I don't know yet.

green bean casserole
and definately some kind of dessert( preferably something decandant)!!
