What is in your Easter eggs ?

I was wondering what you put inside the Easter eggs for the kids hunt ? We found large plastic eggs,in some we would put candy, change, stickers,& each child had an egg with there name on it that had $5.00 in it. So I was wondering for your egg hunt what you put in the eggs.

Wow - you really take this Easter thing seriously, don't you???!!!!!!!

When I was a kid we used to dye hard boiled eggs, so the inside would be.........yolk.

Now, if I'm lucky, more chocolate!!!!!

I don't usually do the plastic eggs either. Daughter and I color eggs. If I take my daughter to the local Easter egg hunt they usually do both colored eggs and also plastic eggs...which usually have candy, money etc. Although these last couple of years I haven't taken my daughter to the local park..to many kids and never enough eggs. So we usually color the eggs at home and have our own egg hunt in the yard.

That is so cute I bet she really enjoyed that, sorry the bigger kids take away from the little ones. It's great that you have a hunt at home for her, hopefully this year there won't be any snow.

We do plastic eggs. We will "hide" them in the hallway, livingroom and dinning room. Half of the eggs have will have a small piece of cholocate like a herseys kiss or something like that. The other half of the eggs will have money (25 cents in each) that they will put into their piggy banks.

We color and hide real Easter eggs. I do buy some plastic eggs for some of the candy in the baskets, but we usually hide the real ones.

I bought about 6 plastic eggs today and plan to fill them with candies. I also got my daughter a Hannah Montana Easter Basket and a few other HM things to add to it as well as more candy. I also got her this wonderful kite from Costco for 10 bucks..the way the wind whips around here she is sure to get some good use out of it.

Hopefully we will have some great weather. We will have our niece here for Easter so D/H will be hiding the eggs outside for her to find.
