We ae hosting our FIRST ANNUAL CHRISTMAS EVE OPEN HOUSE this year

so it is a Wed. - what time should I say for people to start coming over?

how exciting! so, basically it's a party and everyone's invited? i'll be there around 6pm! hehe!

well, you don't want to do it too early, you'll nned time to prepare your home, food, drink etc.. (and maybe catch some of that fantastic christmas eve television)

unfortunatley some people may have to work christmas eve, so why not make it around 4pm?

I agree with Johnor -- 4:00 is a great time to start! People who have family gatherings, or church - can come to your house first.

Are you going to put an end time on the invitations? Or can people stay as late as they like?
