If I get an early enough start, I put up leaves, pumpkins, orange lights in September - they stay up through November. Then in October I add ghosts/jack-o-lanterns, & in November the ghosts/jack-o-lanterns come down & the pilgrims/turkeys go up!!

I basically have two different fall decor. Right now I have out leaves, pumpkins, all my warm color throws and pillows. Oct 1st I will add all my Halloween decorations. The ghost, jack a lanterns, and such.

I'm sorry to say I don't do any decorating for Thanksgiving That's because I put my Christmas decor up the first weekend in Nov. By Thanksgiving my house is a winter wonderland

I hung my fall wreath on the door and put out my fall welcome flags that has fall leaves, apples, hay design on it. I am going to plant my fall mums this weekend. In October I will add Halloween and additional fall decorations and change my flag to my pumpkin mickey head. In Nov. I will put up Halloween decoration and leave anything that is fall oriented out and put out the few turkey decorations I have.

So, I'm getting closer. I've started by fall cleaning, and have done two rooms so far this week. put my Fall wreath on the front door, and a lighted pumpkin in the front window. I'm planning on getting the rest of my fall decorations out on Saturday.
