Track Rebel was mentioning that there isn't much snow across the big blue pond. I always thought that you guy's got A LOT of snow in the winter

Well, it depends where you live. Ireland is right on the Atlantic, so is very mild. The average temperature doesn't really change during the year.

Compare that to, say, Moscow, which is further inland. I've just checked Wikipedia, and in July it is usually 20something degrees celcius, but in December it is usually ten degrees celcius below zero! It all depends how high you are, and how close you are to the sea.

I wish it snowed in Ireland more, though

White Halloween! That takes me back to my high school days when I was a majorette. We were dressed as the Flintstones, I was Betty Rubble, and that morning it started snowing. Our captain called and told us to wear turtlenecks under our costumes and sweatpants too! Never saw Fred or Barney in turtlenecks and sweatpants before! Funny.

I guess I should have mentioned that we were in a Halloween parade! We didn't just dress like the Flintstones for the heck of it.

As I said, it depends on where You live....Austria, Switzerland, Poland, Russia....Germany, too...especially Bavaria, Baden Würtemberg (black forest), Erzgebirge, Saxony and areas like that...they get lots of snow....just where i live....there´s not that much snow....then You have Skandinavian countrys, parts of france and italy that are very snowy.....so we get lots of snow....just not where I live.... We are a very mild spot in Germany...somehow everywhere around it´s colder
