Imagine what will happen if the stores are allowed to stay open all night Christmas Eve until lunch time on Christmas Day! This year, more than 50,000 restaurants, bars, convenience stores and...
My Dog Sam
Dear Abby, I too was picked on when I was a child and I too turned to our dog Queenie. She always gave me love and she always listened. Bless you.
Considering I find the tune to play it will be on the “Mistletoe Mix” submitted for March.
Remember everyone, when making requests, be patient to hear them played. The Certain Poor Shepherds of MCR record their programs weeks and sometimes a month in advance. Producing a show for MCR is a hobby that sometimes has to be lain aside while travelling at the speed of life. This is applied double to JayIsh since he not only produces a show, he has to load all of our shows and keep the schedule in play at MCR. Certainly time is taken from his family!
As we say on our shows, of which at least two folks are hearing, “we love to hear from you!” As already hinted, I’ll see who’s really paying attention when the next “Mistletoe Mix” begins airing on MCR!
I was thinking about a song I haven't heard that's hard to come by.
I have the soundtrack on vinyl, but no fancy switcheroo gadgets to transfer a song that's been on my mind ... the song is Christmas Chimes Are Calling from the Rankin and Bass animated '74 film 'Twas the Night Before Christmas.
That's the song that they play from the town clock to attract Santa to their village after the son (Albert) of Father Mouse writes a nasty disbeliever letter to the editor causing Santa to avoid Junctionville.
The song gets stuck in my head and it's rather cheery. If you happen across it, I'd love to hear it on MCR.
RJD, do I have to get a Premium Membership to download from there or will a free membership do the trick?
And is RapidShare a free program?
Guess I'm a bit behind in things.
Both Megaupload and RapidShare may be accessed free by clicking the free user link. You will get about a forty-five second wait delay and then be able to right click and save as.
Unless one is seriously uploading and/or downloading, a premium account isn’t necessary. A premium account allows one to use the service without delays. Plus one can upload/download multiple files at the same time. With the free account you can only download one file at a time with lengthy delays between files.
A three month subscription would probably be nice during prime Christmas music ripping season (Nov thru Jan) though!
