Who's Black Pete? Sounds like my kinda guy. I think I need to tell my kids that Santa has retired and Black Pete will be taking over his duties. LOL

I think Black Pete is what they call their santa in Scandanavia.

Of Course we do! Santa has to have his milk and cookies!!!

Our kids will decorate a couple of cut out sugar cookies especially for Santa and his helper. Plus they will pick out a couple different cookies to leave for him too. We have a special plate and glass for Santa that only Santa uses.
Santa's helper is dressed up like Santa and comes around on the firetruck on Christmas Eve. We make up little baggies of cookies for Santa and the driver of the firetruck.

Yes the kids usually leave some really super sugar sprinkled and everything else you can possibly decorate with sugar cookies for him!

I haven't done it in years but know that my niece is old enough to know about Santa Claus. I definetly will do that with her. It's going to be so much fun!

No. We used to leave cookies for Santa, but now that my sister and I are older (she's 16, I'm 18) we don't. We stopped leaving cookies for him when I was 10 or 11.

We always leave Santa and the reindeer something.
Sometimes we leave Santa cookies; sometimes we leave him cupcakes.
The reindeer get oats or magic reindeer food.
