Congratulations on your pregnancy and upcoming wedding.
Jeff was so right when he said every woman and every pregnancy is different. I've had five children......each pregnancy was very very different. The emotions were different, the cravings/non-cravings were different. (The children are very very different....LOL)
Enjoy your pregnancy. You will be a beautiful bride!!!

I just saw a yoga program that had a remedy for any kind of nausea. It suggested turning your hands over, palms facing upward. And having someone very gently rub with their thumbs, back and forth across the spot where your wrist joins your hand. If you were alone, you could do it yourself - one hand at a time. I wasn't nauseated - but I tried it and it was very soothing and felt good!

Dont worry about your dress. I was pregnant when I got married and I was more concerned about getting through the day than the size of my belly!!1lol

Congrats on your pregnancy and upcoming wedding!

Chances are you will fit into your wedding dress. I lost weight in the first 4 months of both my pregnancies, although I didn't experience any morning sickness. Certain smells made me nauseous, and foods that I liked one day, I didn't the next and vice versa. For me it was more about the heartburn and sore ribs. During my 2nd pregnancy I practically lived on Rice Krispies with banana because it was the only thing that didn't give me heartburn.

I'm loosing my taste for meat, the smell of peas cooking is enough to send me running to the bathroom, I'm constantly exhausted and I've lost all control of my emotions! My wedding is just 25 days away and luckily, I still do fit into the dress that I bought almost a year ago! But how long will that last?! Will I try to put my gown on on my wedding day and not be able to breathe for the whole day?! LOL. Anyone else have any unusual symptoms during pregnancy that you were unprepared for??
It was totally different with each pregancy for me. My first, I had all day sickness, even ended up in hospital for awhile. It can be very rough.

Eat lightly, in the evenings when you know you will not feel good.
Do not do any cooking.
Let others in the house cook their own food.
If you want something, just have some dry crackers and ice water.
Lie down, on the couch or in your bed and relax.
Or have a nice warm bath.
Then print this out and hang it everywhere
"THIS TO SHALL PASS!"
Congrats on the new baby and the upcoming wedding!

Stupid question, but how tall are you??? I think that makes a difference to your bump!! I'm 6ft and my bump was negligable - by 9 months, I'd only gone up one size and had bought 1 maternity skirt - and Bruce was just under 8lbs

I went off coffee, baked potatos and steak pie. I was never actually sick but the thought of those things made me nauseous - even now, thinking about them makes me feel sick although I can eat them!!! Had to drink lots of milk but I could only face it if it was chocolate. My low point was when I caught myself eating black olives and drinking chocolate milk at the same time!!

You'll fit into your dress, I have NO doubt! By the time the wedding arrives, you should be just about at the point of being able to smell and look at things again without wanting to heave and by Christmas you'll really enjoy yourself. Best thing about being pregnant over the winter is that you have your own little combustion engine to keep you warm!!! The warmest winter I ever had was when I was pregnant - REALLY cut down on the heating bills!!!!!!!!!!

I heard a woman say that she could smell the ink in the newspaper when she was pregnant.
