Have you tried to Google it? I've never seen a recipe for peanut butter cup filling but I'm sure there is one.

I hope you you find it.

I love Reese's Peanut Butter Cups, and this recipe from my aunt is the closest taste I know. She used to make them every Christmas and then some. Now, I do too.

Chocolate Bites

2 sticks margarine
1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
½ cup chopped pecans
1 cup coconut
1 box powdered sugar
1 T vanilla extract
1 (12-ounce) jar peanut butter (crunchy is great)
1 (6-ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips, more if needed
½ cake paraffin wax

Melt margarine in large container. Stir in graham cracker crumbs, pecans, coconut, powdered sugar, and vanilla; add peanut butter and mix well. Roll into walnut-size balls and lay out on waxed paper. Melt chocolate and paraffin together over hot water. Using 2 teaspoons (or any method you prefer), dip each ball into mixture, returning to waxed paper. The balls will cool quickly and be pretty and glossy. Yield: 6 dozen. This recipe was from my Aunt Ede, who had another name for them that I cannot tell!

I forgot to add that I usually mix the dry ingredients first, then add the butter and peanut butter and vanilla. The coconut is optional, but it is really good in this recipe. I also end up using more chocolate chips than the 6 oz. called for.

Thank you ladies for your replies. I already had the one from the Chow site and was just looking for something a little different. Seawater, thanks for posting your aunt's recipe. One question, how much is in a "box" of powdered" sugar? Here in Canada our packaging and the amounts in it are usually different from other countries! Our powdered sugar comes in a bag not a box! Silly!

453 grams--3 3/4 cups (approximately). Not sure what measurements you use. HTH

Seawaters, I made the Peanut Butter cups today and my roommate said they were delicious. She had 2! I haven't tried them yet myself. I did think I was never going to get finished making them though! That recipe sure does make alot. Next time I will half it. Thanks so much for passing auntie's recipe along!
