Actually the gloves and foot sensors will be coming out on a new system by Microsoft, or so I have been told by a family member who works for them. He did not say what or when only that is was something they are working on. The Wii has actually been one of the systems that has surprisingly failed in alot of areas but as I told my hubby, everything has kinks, I want one but he said I hardly play the stone age XBOX I have now. LOL I am still trying to kill off Dr. Robuttkiss (I know that isnt his name) on sonic heroes.

My husband and I got each other Wii games for Valentines Day. He got me Tetris (the only video game I've ever truly enjoyed and been anywhere near good at), and I ordered his some shoot em up game, can't remember the name. We're enjoying the darn thing more than the kids are!

Tetris is superb. A real example of a timeless formula.

Isn't it though? My 9 year old daughter thought it was "boring", at first, but now she's been playing and can beat me. Remember I said I was 'near good', not exactly good.

My almost 20 year old son came home for a birthday dinner (my stepson's birthday is 2/14) and played against me. I beat him the first round, guess he was just warming up, he almost doubled his score the second round, I gave up! But I think he had a blast playing it too, sort of a 'blast from the past' for him. Nostalgia, already at 19!

I got the Wii for my birthday (Nov) and the Wii Fit for Christmas.
My son and his wife were coming over regularly to play, until they went out and bought their own. They buy games regularly, where as I haven't.
Also, ste-daughter had come over and tried it and loved it, and her bf bought her one for Christmas, too.
Maybe it's time for me to go out and buy a game or two.
My hubby would love Tetris. Where did you buy it from?

When you go to the Wii main menu, there is a way to my Wii Points, and then purchase from a list of games right there. We also used Wii points to get in the Internet using the Wii. It's pretty cool to watch YouTube videos on the big screen!
