I am new here too!

It's a number of things seeing the lights, listening to carols, seeing the store displays, cold weather, unpacking the boxes & getting all our recipes together!

I am "Christmassey"all year 'round!

Nice to see another Pennsylvanian. I've been lost in Pittsburgh many times. Went to college in Beaver Falls back in 78-81. Best friend went to Carnegie Mellon and another went to Pitt. Are you anywhere near cold yet?

Well, you're in luck! The 10 day forecast calls for snow showers next Tuesday. We'll see how accurate they are.

as long as I can remember my grandpa had blow mold candles and a blow mold snowman. I think of them often and wish I had some.

For me it would have to be when the park near our home puts up all thier decorations and lights and then you take a ride through the park on a horse drawn carriage ride. It's absolutely beautiful. Then when you are finished seeing the sights from the ride you can walk around on foot and enjoy a nice steaming cup of hot apple cider. Christmas carols and big flakes of snow also spark that Christmas feeling.
