Well, yeh... but my birthday is in November, so I'm pretty much stocked up on the essentials come Christmas... I'd much rather get a collection of vintage comic strips like the Peanuts and Dick Tracy series I'm currently collecting... this year, Little Orphan Annie..!

Hmmm....I'd love to ask for cash to pay bills, but I KNOW that's tacky! The older I get, the more I could just do without any gift for myself. I enjoy watching DD open gifts. She just turned four. I still had to wake her up Christmas morning last year. I had been up for an hour waiting on her and couldn't wait any longer! She got excited about a few things and she enjoys new toys because she usually just gets toys for Christmas and birthday unless something special has happened (potty training, was good for shots, etc.) At this point, I'm just happy that all family on both sides live withing 45 minutes of each other and we are all able to be "home" for Christmas. As long as we're all healthy, I'm happy. I guess if I HAD to ask for something, I would like a new comforter for our bed.

I want my kids to enjoy Christmas. They are getting so old that it's harder and harder to continue with the traditions. I will have three teenager's this year instead of just two. The day's of noisy toys and excited laughter are pretty much over. I'd love to have that back for Christmas this year. I will more than likely have lots of quiet because they will all scatter to their rooms with the ipods and cell phones and leave me to cook Christmas dinner on my own. That sounded depressing and I didn't really mean for it to. I just want everyone to be happy.

I could go with World Peace and if I thought that possible I would gladly take that over anything else. Since World Peace isn't really something in my grasp I'll go with Mass Effect 2.

Y'no... if we actually DID get "world peace" for Christmas, there's sure to be some yahoo who'd try to return it on the 26th..!
