santahat To Give or to Receive?

Which do you prefer? To give or to receive?

I personally get more out of giving. Just seeing the smiles on my friends and familys faces gives me Great Joy!

But I don't mind receiving a little as well.

What Chillywilly said. The older I get, the happier I am giving. And the more I value things that have no price.

I would rather give. I like to see the joy on the faces of my loved ones, and it is also good for the soul.

Giving,I LOVE to watch my kids open their stuff.I get up before the kids, and the expression on their Beautiful faces makes me melt where I stand.I love the adults faces, especially my mum.she brought me so much joy when I was a kid and knowing I make her happy is fun.
Seeing my Nieces and Nephews open theirs also sends a thrill of Joy through me.Its the kids absolute joy and wonder that make Christmas and giving a true gift.

Giving. It's nice to receive, but I enjoy choosing and wrapping gifts for others. I could go through Christmas and never get a gift for myself and be just fine.

I dont think anybody is really going to say receiving, it won't be me. While I do enjoy receiving a heartfelt gift, giving is just so much better. I usually cannot wait to have them open my gifts. lol.
