The UK time of the front page might be UK but it's NOT GMT/UTC (Greenwich Mean Time/Coordinated Universal Time - the original is in French so the otherway round!)!

We're in BST (British Summer Time) at the moment. See the bottom of: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/

In the UK we'll go back into GMT in October. So better to call it UK time!

Sorry Maureen, but we are on summer time !! GMT does not change with day light savings and is now one hour behind UK time. Only in winter is UK time equal to GMT !!

I think I need new glasses ! I do see the world clock again on the main page, thanks ! You can double check it there too, it says there as well GMT is one hour less than London right next to it !!

So you mean the chat is at 07:00 PM GMT = 08:00 PM UK and 09:00 European.

Oh Bum!!!!!!!!

I mean, 8pm here, in Great Britain, comprising England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales.

The way I remember it is that Toronto is 5 hours behind me and Europe is an hour in front so...........

8pm in Great Britain (getting too confused with the UK and GMT times!)
9pm in Europe
3pm in Toronto!!!!!!!!!!!

This is JUST for the first chat by the way - the 2nd is timed for 8pm Eastern

Does any of this make sense??!!!!

Just bumping this to remind everybody about the 2 chats scheduled for tomorrow.

1st will be 8pm in Great Britain (9pm for Europe) which equals 3pm in Toronto (you can do the math from there!)

2nd will be 8pm Eastern time

Sorry I couldn't make it folks. Intended to be there but I had one mother of a stinky headache yesterday and it really didn't like looking at screens... It's still hanging around a bit today, but I'm hoping the sun will make it go away (proper summer here today, even had to dig the shorts out!!!)
