I like the one in your album for the car... what marketing genius decided "Hey! Let's take this generic car ad... throw in some twinkly stars and VOILA! a Christmas ad!"..?

They probably got paid extra for that.

Very cool Rod. Except for the transistor radio, those prices are almost unbelievable. I guess we're talking almost 50 yrs ago though... Hard to believe the '60s were that long ago.

That is so neat! Of course that was before I was born... but I still cant imagine how cheap some of those prices were as compared to today!
