Yep! I love September too! A lot of significant events have happened for me in September, but the main reason I love it is because the first official day of fall is this month (the 22nd). I will be getting the fall decorations out a few days before the 22nd and that, for me, signifies the beginning of the holiday season. I always refer to these last few months of the year as the "ber months". SeptemBER, OctoBER, NovemBER, DecemBER....my favorite months of the year. I told my husband that and he thought I mean "burr" as in cold. He gave me a funny look because September (unfortunately) does not mean cold for us here in Alabama. So I had to explain it to him. The season is upon us and I'm excited!

Thinking of Christmas is what gets me through those dark and cold months ! We're having stormy weather for the moment with lots of wind and rain and temperature dropped quite suddenly. Where has the summer gone to ??? So a bit of Christmas spirit is welcome to brighten the coming days !
It is in giving that you receive the greatest gift !
