Favorite Thing To Do In The Snow?

I know most of us love playing outside in the snow when it finally gets here, I know I do, but what's your favorite thing to do outside?

Build a snowman, Make a snow angel, Start a snowball fight, Go sledding, Build a snowfort?

I know I always have the sled ready when the snow is good enough, lol

Growing up before malls were in every town, my favorite thing to do when it was snowing was to Christmas shop at the stores in town. The snow falling on the sidewalks, the sound of people stomping their feet as the entered a store, the way the snow somehow quieted the hussle and bustle of Christmas shopping. It was so special and I'm so glad I grew up in that era to experience it.

I also like to walk in the snow at night with my special guy. I would love to go on a sleigh ride in the snow, that would be grand.

That reminds me of that scene from "A Christmas Story" when the kids are looking into the store at the toys and the snow is falling

I LOVE LOVE LOVE just to go for a walk while it's snowing.....It's very peaceful.

Other things I love to do with the kids is build a snowman, have a snowball fight, bury the kids neck down in the snow, make snow angels.

That would be fun! Unfortunately it rarely snows here and if it does snow it is usually in January or February. 2 years ago on Thanksgiving we actually got a decent snowfall. That is very rare but so beautiful! I get out in the snow but I also love to get my fireplace going, sit and watch the snow out the window.

It took a little while for snow to get here last year, but when it did it came down pretty good and a lot of it, lol

Have any of you ever took square tupperware boxes and made a snow fort using snow bricks? it looks really cool when you get done with it.

We never get enough snow to make one. Maybe a small snowman is all, lol.

Now it is sitting inside, next to a warm fire with a hot mug of Christmas spice tea watching the snow slowly falling down.
