Re-Arranging Decorations, Do You?

Hello All,

When you put your Decorations up do you find you cannot leave them alone and keep re-arranging them?

When I put our tree up I just cannot leave it alone. I put it up Saturday, It's now Thursday following week and I'm dismantling the ornaments off te tree and replacing them.

Am I Crazy?

yup,

Our Tree is artificial. we usually use our fiber optic tree but that has always leaned to one side oddly, so we got my nans tree out the attic as it hasn't been used in years.

What's annoying me is there are a few gaps where there is no branch to hang from... It does look great though, I may be able to upload pics later on.

I think it's all part of the fun to keep rearranging the ornaments. Usually, when I get tired of rearranging them, it's time to take the tree down.

I do the same thing. Even on Christmas Day and afterward, I'll be sitting in a chair near the tree when, oh dear, that ornament isn't hanging straight, or there's too much space between those two branches or I need to switch that blue ornament with the red one over there, etc.....I was thinking maybe it was a bit of OCD, although I haven't ever been diagnosed with it. It's like, it has to be perfect, and since perfection never comes, I am always working on it.

Oh yes, always re-arranging! Yesterday I had to already remove a whole strand of lights, they stopped working. Then put up more and moved around some ornaments. My grandkids will be over today to put on more ornaments and I am sure after they leave I will have to re-arrange them a little.

I usually end up rearranging the ornaments on the tree the closer it gets to Christmas...when the tree starts limbs start to sag a little bit and I hear any of them just randomly dropping off the tree

I do to. The more I look at it the more I see spots where you can see thru the tree and I have to move things around to cover that up.
