I have the "Its a Wonderful Life" village. I'm in LOVE with that movie, but didn't set up the village last year and probably won't this year either.
I can't find the figures to go along with the houses - so the village looks bare.

Your village is gorgeous. I set up a few villages in different areas of the house but all my pieces are from clearance racks and a mish-mash.

It's always such an undertaking pulling out the decorations, but it's so worth it in the end!

Love your village too!

I have Christmas in the City myself from Dept 56 I will have to post pics. I start decorating next weekend

Oh, your village is lovely, and I also think it's wonderful that you have chosen to carry on your FIL's tradition. I know your wife must be very touched by that; I certainly would be!

Thank you everybody for the kind words. The village is all but done, with the exception of hiding the cords, the one corner of our living room is now done.

Even baby Rudolph stopped by.

I would take some pictures with the lights off, but I can never get them to come right.

Quick question. Can you post youtube videos in the forums, or would I have to put the link up?
