Favorite Internet Only Christmas Radio Station Survey

Do you listen to Online Christmas Radio Stations?

What is/are your favorite Internet only Christmas Radio Station(s)?

Why?

How often do you listen?

Station link(s) / Additional Comments:

a year ago, someone told me about accuradio, so I listened to that over the Christmas season, and I found out about pandora very recently, so I have built a few Christmas stations on it. I will most likely be listening to pandora this season more than accuradio, since I can tailor it more to my liking. I will be listening to them practically all waking hours right after Thanksgiving and continuing up 'til New Years Day. I like these stations because they offer classical Christmas music. There is another online station I listened to last Christmas season, as well, called theradio, and it was ok, but didn't seem to have a very large selection of classical Christmas music.

The only way I get Christmas music where I live is through online radio unless I buy the CD. So, if I want to listen to something besides the Trans-Siberian Orchestra, A Fisherman's Christmas Carols, or Buddy Claus (my family loves the funny, I love the beautiful) I have to find it online. Yes, I listen to it all year long, it's some of the most beautiful music, Pachebel's Canon (sure I did not spell that right) ALWAYS brings tears to my eyes it is so beautiful.

I am a little biased on this one and somewhat reluctant to reply ... because I own a online radio station and launched a 2nd one this year that is all Christmas music and has become more popular than my main Pop/AC station.."The Christmas Station - from TSC Radio network" I did not join here to promote my station and did not want to give that impression, other than my signature I been reluctant to link to my station and after I joined I also learned that Merry Christmas Radio is part of this site, which I think is an awesome and one of my favorite stations.

The Christmas Station from TSC Radio Network
www.tscradionetwork.com
The Christmas Station
http://www.live365.com/stations/tscradiotwo

however, I am also a fan of several other stations which I listen to as well, including Merry Christmas Radio and Christmas Broadband which I listen to almost as often as
the 2 stations I own.

Up until I got caught last Friday at work by our IT guy, I was listening to MCR a couple of times a week. He's had three computers with viruses that were playing on-line radio stations at the time. He said an email went out before Halloween, I told him I didn't get it. So he forwarded it to me. Anyway ...

These are my festive stations during the year - a few that get more air time during the holidays also a new one I recently came across.

Live365: MerryChristmasRadio, ChristmasBroadband, ChristmasRadio.com, and Muppet Central Radio (but it's not exclusively Christmas)

AccuHolidays: Old-Fashioned Christmas, Blue & White Christmas & Radio North Pole.

There's a new one I came across that I listen to when I want a spiritual surge of Christmas songs from CBN (Christian Broadcasting Network). I don't know if it continues all year long yet. www.cbn.com/radio

Almost exclusively.
What is/are your favorite Internet only Christmas Radio Station(s)?
At office - Merrry Christmas Radio (and others on Live365 including yours CJ498. On the go - iHeart Radio-Holiday Mix (Because I can't get Live365 yet on my Blackberry Storm)
Why?
Good mixes, also I support those who have played my music. The Christmas station I listen to depends on what mood I'm wanting. A good one for when I'm relaxing and reading is Peaceful Christmas on Live365 because it's all instrumental.
How often do you listen?
Every day

Between internet radio and IPod I am almost totally away from CD's now. Internet is the future of music.

Iím old fashioned. I still like to hold the product in my hand! My favorite shops are those that sell used CDs (aka i-Pod food).

While I do purchase downloads at ninety-nine cents to a dollar twenty-nine, US, I find the greater bargain is a used CD at three to five bucks. Considering I like the majority of the tunes on the CD, Iíve paid a lot less than ninety-nine cents per track! Plus, I donít have to worry about the hassle of backing up/saving my purchases somewhere.
