When our kids were still at home I would make scrambled egg casserole for breakfast. It was easy because I got it ready the night before, put it in the fridge and then Christmas morning it went in the oven. The best part was everyone could help themselves to it when it was done.
The rest of the meals were everyone fend for themselves because I do my Christmas dinner on Christmas Eve. It worked out great when our kids were small and I didn't spend the Christmas morning in the kitchen preparing food, I could enjoy Christmas day with my kids in the living room around the tree.
Now that they all have families of their own, I still do Christmas dinner on Christmas eve, but if hubby wants something to eat on Christmas Day, I am glad to get it for him. LOL, with microwaves, it's not hard to heat up leftovers. (I well remember the days before the microwave (I didn't have one until Christmas of 1984).
