My Merry Christmas Announcement

Christmas Controversy & Opinion Visit Defend Christmas.com Presented by Defend Christmas, this forum covers the difficult topics of the season -- from the famed and fabled War on Christmas to church and state debates to using the star or the angel on the Christmas tree. Modern Christmas celebration has it's complications -- schools are divided, some Christmas light displays are too much, some even argue that it is better to call it a "holiday" tree. Some merchants won't even say "Merry Christmas"! Where there is controversy, there is insanity. Even in Christmas.

wow that is takein it to far I think they should excuse the kids who dont celebrate christmas for the day so you dont spoil it for the ones that do Next thing that will happen is they will have to change all the break schedules to accomidate all the other religions they might as well close all the schools and just home school I'm so tired of all these changes due to one group of people cryin about their rights takein out the pledge of alligence,,,cause it has GOD in it.....lotta schools quit their halloween partys because their pagen oriented does a 5,6,7,8 year old know what a pagen is? it seems that the world is disolving instead of evolving This is my own personal opinion and it is not targeted at any group or groops thanx mike

When you try to make everyone happy, you generally make no one happy... why not just have Santa make an appearance in the company of Ramadan Rashid, Monica Hanukkah and a guy in a black leather jacket and one of those ornately designed African pill box hats and call him The Fonz 'a Kwanzaa... then EVERYONE will be represented and the kids will be happy to get gifts from EVERYONE... you could even have a guy in a non-descript grey suit come in, turn his pockets inside out and say "I got nothing. Sorry, kids, you're on your own" for the Atheists...
