Magazine/Catalog Christmas Tree Craft.

I was daydreaming of different things I had made for Christmas when I was a child in school. Do any of you recall doing this? Ahhh what a good memory it was for me to see this. I don't recall the tree being called a RD tree...I think we used old Sears Wishbooks or something. Really hard to say since it's been so long ago. I may have to do this again sometime soon. So easy and loads of fun!

I believe I made mine in school or Campfire girls..one or the other anyhow. It was fun and they are really pretty.

tree

I remember one year my mom & I made trees like that only we used our old phone books. It was really alot of fun to do, & it does take some time so it's a nice project for the kids especially if the weather is nasty.

I agree..it does take some time with all the folding and whatnot...and it is a good project for those cold days when you can't go outside.

One thing I remember making in school was a christmas tree. it was made of cardboard, and we put glue on it, and decorated it with macaroni, then it was spray painted gold.
