I am doing much better this year than I did last year. I think maybe because I have this group to come to! Hallmark is still showing Christmas movies and that is helpful to watch. I hope you feel better soon!

I'm feeling a bit flat too. I have today started a new 2010 Christmas present list (to buy for), visited the sales and ticked a few names off the list. Tomorrow I am going to take down our Christmas cards, re-read them all and make any updates to my Christmas card list before putting them in the recycling.

As I have said before, I adore the build-up to Christmas, but would happily take down everything the day after Boxing Day and start looking forward to next year.

Christmas being over doesn't bother me nearly as much as New Year's and thinking back on the past year, remembering loved ones no longer with us and opportunities missed... fortunately, there are less of the missed opportunities in 2009...

No blues here.....even though we are taking down the Christmas decorations this weekend my snowmen decorations will be going up in their place. Granted I do not have nearly enough snowmen stuff and I do Christmas but it's still good.

Working on the Christmas 2010 notebook. Already came up with gift ideas for a few people and bout a few small gifts/stocking stuffers as well. Also including a section for Halloween and Thanksgiving in my notebook and may even add in a section for the kids birthday parties.

Christmas 2009 may be winding down but the planning for Christmas 2010 is just getting started!!!

nothing worse than those blues.

best thing you can do is stay positive and strong and look forward to the fresh start ahead in 2010. this site is great and we all post all year long (even though it's quieter in the first half)

the way time goes by, it will be the build up to christmas 2010 before we know it! the great thing about christmas is that it always comes back!

I saw the first "demoted" Christmas tree out on the curb this morning---so sad. One perk to having an artificial tree is not having to put it out on the curb to depress others who are suffering from Christmas withdrawal!

I hate seeing trees on the curb especially when someone will throw it out on Christmas night! I didn't see that this year but have in the past.
