Living here in Maricopa county myself, if Cowboy Joe wants to really torture the inmates, he could play the song "All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth" or Joe could have himself video taped ballet dancing to the Nutcracker Suite while in a skin tight ballet dress with tutu.
