Whatever my mother is in the mood for! We have Christmas breakfast at DH's parent's house & Christmas dinner at my parent's house. We have done the following:

1. Traditional (for us): turkey, ham, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green peas, green beans, whole kernel corn, rolls, different desserts, with tea & soft drinks.

2. Breakfast: eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, milk, coffee

3. Sandwiches & chips

4. Finger foods

5. Chilli & sandwiches

Sad to say, I can't remember what we did last year. I guess I should take pictures of us sitting around the table so I can remember that type of thing. I'll try to remember to do that this year.

It seems like we have the same meal every christmas.
Breakfast, baked ommelete, fruit, pumpkin bread, juice coffee
Dinner, ham, baked macaroni and cheese, vegetables, dinner rolls, relish tray.
Dessert, assorted christmas cookies
we have cheese, crackers and pepperoni to snack on, or other appetizers, if anyoner is hungry later in the day.

Dinner on Christmas Day is usually turkey and ham, mashed potatoes, stuffing, green bean casserole, hashbrowns, rolls & butter, an assortment of relishes and desserts, always including pumpkin pie.

Christmas Eve though, we always put on a big spread of finger foods and munchies. Bacon wrapped water chestnuts, ham & pickle roll-ups, cheese, sausage & crackers, chips and dip, little sausages in cocktail sauce, shrimp & crab, and of course, lots of cookies!

Usually turkey, cabbage stuffing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, (Yeah, both) sauerkraut,(the kind with tomatoes and pork in it), green bean casserole, corn, and rolls. For dessert we have a Yule Log, which is a sort of jelly-roll cake (chocolate with white chocolate filling) iced with boiled icing, and we also have the genuine steamed Figgy Pudding.

mashed potatoes seems very popular in america for christmas dinner, here i would say 95% of the population will have roast potatoes, christmas dinner wouldn't be the same without the roasties.
