From Michael, age 13 from Sydney, Australia --
Hi Santa -- I watched your flight closely last year and I think you could have made better time if you followed my flight plan around the world. How can I be part of your flight operations team that makes these decisions.
Well, Michael. It sounds like you have really studied this issue out. Thank you for your expert opinion. I told Santa about it this morning and he was very interested to hear your ideas. You can send them, if you can, via email to firstname.lastname@example.org
As far as becoming a part of Santa's flight operations team in the tracking department that is possible. It could take some time though. The first step is to sign up to be one of Santa's Secret Spies
right where you live. Yes, Santa has elves all over the world.
Santa's secret spies aren't really spies -- they work for Santa "on location" and are his eyes. You would report normal mundane stuff like weather issues, UFOs and such for the most part. Should be pretty easy for a guy like you. But you also would make Santa aware of unbelievers in the neighborhood or even dangerous folks out there who try to capture Santa on Christmas Eve. There are those kooks out there you know. If you do a good job with that I am sure Santa will review your resume with your flight plans for additional duties. That's how we all start. I was an amateur rocket pilot in New Mexico when I took on the duties of being Santa's secret spy and look at me now.
You can do it.
