an excel sheet

I have an excel sheet that calculates everything for me from wight loss to fat loss to goals...
You have to keep up with EVERYTHING you eat though... that means a coke, ketchup, even a piece of gum or halls couch drop...
Once you enter its nutritional value once (carbs, protein, fat, calories), you only have to hit the add button in the future to add it to your daily intake. i know to the T every day what i have consumed and how much more i can consume before I have to stop.

the Sheet

This may take some explaining on how to use... for example - you need to fill out based on you and your size (start page and BMR page.....see bottom of worksheet), then make sure to do an accurate body fat test to start - then it can track it, you may need to change the percentages around depending on what you want (muscle building vs weight loss)...
To use the second sheet where things are tracked - you go to the first day "cell" where protein is...and put an = sign then go to the top and click to the FAR left of a food item...then put a + for the next one and on and on...then you hit the return button and it will add them all up for you....
After that simple drag the bottom of that protein cell across to the carb and fat cells - it will populate everything from there. DO NOT drag through the calories cell. It handles that.
You can also put in extra calories you might have burned from working out or what have you.....
i have place one days of food in as an example...

Its not that hard - i promise - just sounds like the first go around setting it up...

Oh and IGNORE any typos in the food... - you can change them if you want or even delete the entire line... =)
