I guess you spend more time at My Merry Christmas.com!

I know the feeling since we are both from Texas. My ac runs all the time and I can't keep it as cold as I would like because the electric bill will go up 200-400 dollars more than my normal bill.

I guess to beat the heat is go swimming and if you stay at home hum, "Baby it's Cold Outside" and listen to Christmas music and watch movies.

Sorry about your situation Maureen!

It may officially be Summer in the Northern Hemisphere, but we haven't felt much of it here yet in England. I think the last really hot Summer on record was back in the 70s.

So for anyone sweltering already, I'll try to send some of the damp, cool weather your way!

I actually do like to get some sun, you know, see a little of the world, it's much more easy to do in summer!
Besides, I love to eat outside

Actually the Netherlands are pretty well balanced, we have some sunny days in the summer, long springs and autumns, and beautiful winters with snow and ice
