No, it's not. I make a lot of really great stuff but it's because I can recognize a good recipe when I see it, not because I can come up with them myself.

Here's the recipe I use for marshmallows.

You can swirl red food coloring into them, then cut them out into neat shapes to give as Christmas gifts. They go great with hot chocolate.

When you're cutting them out you have to use a lot of powdered sugar because they are VERY sticky. Just powder up that knife or cookie cutter and have at it! They will bounce back into shape surprisingly well.
