Here in the US we do not do anything . Usually it is back to work for me but this year I will be off of work since Chritmas falls on Sunday I will get Monday off of work. My cousin lived in England for a few years and she is starting a new tradition by celebrating boxing day at her house this year. She lives a state away though so Im not sure if we will make it!

Vix01 has shown a merry disposition
I don't do anything really, I usually spend most of the day sleeping, get up in the evening have some left overs and watch the repeat of Doctor Who. Sometimes I get up mid afternoon and watch whatever movies are on tv

Most years I'm off work. Some years I go out in search of discount wrapping paper & Christmas cards. Most years I just stay at home & clean up the carnage from Christmas Day! I try not to go to a store until a few days after Christmas for the cards, paper, etc. Even deeper discounts if there is anything left to get. I may be going to my parent's house this year to help my mom take down her decorations. She's having double knee replacement in September, so we don't know how well she'll be getting around during the holidays.
